  • Jane is an experienced researcher and consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field of marketing research. She has worked in a wide variety of industries including, health and wellness, pharmaceuticals, apparel, consumer products and services, financial services, real estate development, retail, technology, travel and leisure and media. An expert in segmentation she has completed segmentation studies for a wide variety of products, services and populations. Her other areas of expertise include layering qualitative and quantitative techniques, discrete choice and conjoint analysis, concept and message testing, volumetric studies, and brand tracking. She has conducted research in many populations including consumers, business to business, physicians, nurses, and other specialized populations. Her clients have included many Fortune 500 firms, including consumer products, retailers, major pharmaceutical and bio-tech companies, technology, airlines, building developers, banks, and retailers.
  • Jane earned her BA in Management Science from Duke University, an MBA from Vanderbilt University, and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
